Let’s start with daily veracity, a notoriously unreliable source. Media Bias fact check categorizes them as extreme right bias, low credibility, poorly sourced. MBFC says daily veracity gets much of its material from Red Elephants an even more suspect source.

Then there’s the TikTok conversation. Jonathan Pasetti is a so called Citizen Journalist, which means he has zero credibility. Snopes says they were unable to confirm the legitimacy of the Tik Tok conversation one way or the other.

As for the video, there is no conclusive proof that Biden ever touches the young girl. It’s claimed that the girl moved away from Biden in reaction. She did move away, but she immediately moved back. Why would she do so if she were uncomfortable in the situation.
