this don't have anything to do with NYRA not trying to make a great card. these guys will take their horses anywhere the money is. the game is broken, top to bottom. anybody can see what's going on, NYRA is being held hostage just like all the other tracks. the game needs a complete overhaul.
the funny thing is, should the racetracks decide to do the right thing, they will not only make the game self-sufficient, but they will get more slot action dragged to their properties at the same time.
