Since when do I have to wait for a trial before I express my anger towards those who stole money from me for 15 months...even though they knew that they were operating "outside the parameters of the law"?

If Hayward didn't know that any illegality was taking place...then what exactly was this "secret" that he was asking Crist to keep "quiet"? And why?
