We have 75 employees, and I only look sideways at maybe 5 at any one time. We have a stable crew now, and we feel very fortunate in that. Stability is everything as you know. Instability in one area of the business means a lot more work in every other area of the business, and thus more cost.

I do my payroll thru ADP. My guys know nothing of payroll taxes etc. I tried to explain to them that we pay about 10%+ more than their regular pay in taxes ……..let’s just say I stopped having that conversation.
