Yep…..they would be taking a much bigger risk doing that in Texas.
Texas has a law protecting “elderly” from assault also, that’s an automatic felony. No misdemeanors as long as the person is 65 or older.
Btw, if they did that with any men around it might become a stomping party. Cowboy boots style
