Homeowners of Central West paid for the streets and sidewalks to be paved. Gates, guard towers, and black powder-coated signs denote this as a “private street”.
The homeowners of this area allow public access to view the homes. The gate is clearly damaged. The homeowner acted to protect his property, spinning this as anything else is crap.
