I noticed the same thing and agree. In the 'headline' Albarado is spelled Alberado.

According to a police report, Albarado and his wife, Kimber, were having a “heated” argument about their relationship that turned physical.

At one point, Albarado grabbed his wife’s arms and forced her against a wall, according to the report.

He took her cell phone away from her and then broke two other phones as she tried to call for help, the report said.

His wife had visible strangulation marks around her neck, the report said, but she refused EMS treatment.

Albarado was released from custody Friday afternoon on his own recognizance. He is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday at 9 a.m.
