I am sure he "regularly" rides a bike when he falls over coming to a stop, what will get you to stop lying and making things up? I suppose learning how not to fall over when stopping needs to be practiced over and over again as a person forgets that advanced skill easily.

Biden begins his mornings with a workout that often includes lifting weights, and he meets regularly in person with a trainer. During the 2020 campaign, he biked regularly on both a traditional bike and a Peloton. His current Peloton preferences are something of a state secret.
And, there are numerous stories of Biden riding his bike, most often at Rehobeth beach in Delaware. According to stories the bike he owns is of the all terrain variety. So apparently he does some off trail biking.

Any serious cyclist. They allow you pull up with one foot while pushing down with the other, thus increasing your efficiency.
But, it is possible for your foot to get stuck. I never could get the hang of them.
