I'm not suggesting that Comey was in the bag for the Clintons. It's an ironic coincidence that he can't seem to lay a hand on them in battle. But his history of legal achievements is not exactly overwhelming, at least to this non-lawyer.

You forgot to include all of the terrorist attacks he helped prevent though. If it weren't for the FBI, we never would have gotten to know them so well before they killed.

This is one of the funniest things you have ever posted, far more humorous than those moronic cartoons.
Comey spoke for about 30 minutes, and the first 20 minutes were exceptionally well done. He explained the law very well, and then he laid out clearly and in great detail what Hillary did that violated the law. If he had stopped there, any jury would have convicted her.
Then he did a lot of hand waving and verbal tap dancing and tossed the facts in the garbage. He savaged his own credibility on live TV.
The transcript of his speech is widely available on the web. Find someone to read it to you and explain what happened.

It's just a question of whether, or not, she would face charges.

I thought a very important question was asked on a news show today. Could Mrs. Clinton pass a background check to receive classified information after the information that we learned today? After the beating that justice took today some of the answers would be very interesting.

I have neither the patience nor the interest to go searching old posts so I'll just leave it like this:
Choose your position, or at least state it, carefully here or else the next time there is a case of what certainly appears to be abuse of authority and police misconduct which results a non-prosecution that you choose your words carefully there as to be consistent with what constitutes 'wrong doing' and to what degree.

Hillary Clinton deceived and betrayed the trust of the USA ,the office SOS,
her employees and voters of the Democratic primaries and delegates.
The Democratic convention should reject her as the nominee of her party.
A new standard bearer should be selected to head the ticket.

What about Petraeus?
David Petraeus knowingly gave up classified information
to his mistress. Never hear much about that act of treason
around here. It's just not in the average conservative's
best interest to draw attention to the fact that one of the
most influential military men in recent times, and the director
of the CIA, couldn't keep his dick in his pants.
Yet, we hear about Hillary Clinton here day after day.
Someone who would take back her actions if she
could but was, very likely, unaware of any wrong doing
when it occurred and was not trying to cover it up.
Unlike Petraeus, she did not lie to the FBI.

So if she wasn't prosecuted, she didn't commit a crime? 
Some of the Kool Aid drinkers, here and elsewhere, still claim that she is pure as the driven snow. No one here really thought that she would be prosecuted. We are just amazed that this corrupt administration was so blatant and clumsy about it.
