Trying not to watch the odds much because they've moved around a lot. There's nearly half a million in the win pool now, but Dornach is still fifth choice after taking some big action today. Fierceness was odds-on at one point. No way we're getting 6-1 on Sierra Leone. Or 18-1 on Just a Touch.

I know I said I'd avoid tracking it, but, with $825k in the pool:

2-1 worth playing against
5-1 playable to win
8-1 OK I guess
8-1 pricey

14-1 yes, please
15-1 not for me
17-1 not for me (he was fifth choice for a while yesterday)

Beyond that, I figure the variance is too high to assess; barely $10k on each of the last few to win.

I'd just like to know how 22 Mugatu is getting bet 'down' to 80/1 and is yet to have a spot in the gate?

Of the $951,997 in the TwinSpires W pool, Mugatu has $9,623 of it.

If he gets a spot in the race, can anybody recall a worse entrant in the last 50 years?

The entire field could fall down or lose their mount, and I'm still not sure this horse would win.
