How were Smith's comments "taken out of context"? What he said was obviously clear. He equated Trump's legal ordeal with that of the black man in this country. There is nothing more pathetic than a self-professed "outspoken man" who slithers in front of the camera and retracts a previous public statement with his tail between his legs.
