Black kids in the Bronx don't know what the word "computer" is?
Imagine if Trump or TX Gov Greg Abbott had said this?

Racist, bigoted, general statement. I'd be willing to wager those Bronx kids are more tech savy than this bird brain of a Governor. she brings back memories of George Wallace.

I just used this thing called Google and looked up Bronx elementary schools and went to their websites. The handful of K-5 schools I looked up had computer science classes. I sure hope we don't have another lying POS Democrat claiming the oppression of black people where it does not exist.

Kids from the hood stand a better chance of knowing the meaning of Glock than computer.
Or what one costs.

In the 1980s/90s children in the South Bronx were being taught how to use computers. Home computers were rare but the schools had plenty of them.

Why aren't Republicans constantly calling out Democrats on their made up BS problems they claim exist that don't? It is like Al Gore constantly hunting for ManBearPig.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ManBearPig
I suppose making up a problem that does not exist makes it easy to claim to have cured it.

Didn't the creators of South Park admit that they were wrong about ManBearPig a dozen years after they initially ridiculed Al Gore?

For example, did you know that they classify weather station sites by the environment they are in (city, suburb, rural, etc), and wouldn't you know that there is little rural station climate change, yet in cities the climate change is much greater. Especially for those official stations located on airport runways.
So yes, in a way, humans have induced climate change by locating weather stations next to blacktop.

At the very top of the NASA article that I linked, it states that "there is unequivocal evidence that Earth is warming at an unprecedented rate. Human activity is the principal cause". And I asked if we should believe NASA when they say this...or if we should accuse them of lying. Because from what I see, the vast majority of the members here aren't of the opinion that "there is plenty of room for discussion ", when it comes to global warming. They either flat out deny that global warming is taking place...or they flat our refuse to believe that global warming is a "bad thing".
I repeat...all I am asking is if NASA should be believed about this. Or should we just assume that we as a group are more knowledgeable than NASA in such matters?
