So who all will be debating Trump as moderators?
We know it won't be a one on one format... so Joy Blowhard... Whoopee... Joy Reads DNC talking point... Rachel Madcow.

Better yet, have Biden shuffle out there, get real mad and scream into the microphone "YOU'RE NOTHING BUT A CROOK & A CON" and then drop the mic and shuffle off, pointing to his path along the way...

That one only lasted about 40 minutes of speaking, but Biden wasted 20 minutes wondering around. How are they going to keep him juiced for 90 minutes?

Has anyone found it odd that this first Trump-Biden debate is scheduled before the GOP nominating convention in July and the Democrat convention in August?
I do find it odd and if Biden melts down I expect the Democrats to make some noise on replacing him. I guess you can say the same thing regarding Trump but that's somewhat unlikely ( a mental or physical meltdown).

My thought, exactly. It's finally hit Joe's handlers that the trial in NYC was a big mistake, the polls haven't tilted left as they thought or hoped. The momentum is clearly with Trump
Imo, the timing of both debates make sense from a dnc pov. If Biden crashes and burns in June that gives the demx the opportunity to ditch Joe AFTER the convention which will be a mess. If Biden gets a bump in the polls after the debate then he stays on the ticket I'd assume
Newsom has been groomed for the spot the past 18 months. Lot of baggage, but can repubs capitalize on that on short notice?

Biden will have plenty of opportunity to back out of debates, his friends in the media will provide good enough cover for him to go the coward route.

The old Clinton crew want Joe to disappear. A bad debate would be the final nail in his coffin.
I don't see him backing out. He's been convinced he can debate. He's clueless, will have his ass handed to him and think he actually won. The demx led him to slaughter here. I'm not unhappy about it
