Republicans emulating Vladimir Putin.
The use of false accusations of pedophilia is taken directly from Putin in Russia. As Rachel points out pedophilia induces a visceral reaction of disgust from normal people. It dehumanizes those who are falsely accused.
Which brings us to this.
Michigan state Senator Mallory MacMorrow will not stand idly by when falsely accused. And that is what all Democrats need to do. We can’t ignore these accusations. We can’t hope they will go away. We need to confront them at every turn for the despicable lies they are.

Republicans emulating Putin is still better then the President of the United States emulating a dementia-riddled nursing home patient.

Then there is the fact that your thesis makes no sense. Pedophiles operate in the dark and in private. Not in public in front of dozens of witnesses and a television audience. Plus everything is on the internet forever.
