The Biden regime was waiting for the CDC to decide if it is 'necessary'. The CDC after a couple days decided it is so the DOJ are going to try and reverse the ruling.

Not surprised. The leftists are not going to let one federal district judge to dictate to them. This might find its way to the big court, yet.
