From several sources, the Post, Byk's show, it appears that the first order of business of the NEW NYRA board was not to clean the place.
Pity.....customers still not at the top of the list.
My two cents, Baby Mario should be on the premises with a mop bucket and broom. When it comes to the customer, EVERYONE is responsible.
So, Bobby Flay should be very familiar with clean ups - maybe he should shut his big mouth about things he knows nothing ( "No one likes of product") and take care of stuff he does know - floors, window, bathrooms.....you know, the no-brainer stuff.
Maybe Genting in not living up to it's responsibilities, but when it comes to customer service, there are no excuses. Idea: hold all future Board meeting on site, right where your customers spend their day. Same tables, same refreshments, same bathrooms......
