At all of the tracks that he handicaps there were 27 horses that were 6/5 on the ML and were picked to finish 1st by his software.
Of those 27 entries 16 did finish 1st and 11 lost, and his picks made a $2.00 win bet profit of $14.28 for the 27 races.
He obviously had a winner at Keeneland that would explain the 28¢.

NO!
He has a profit for horses that were 6/5 morning line + picked to finish 1st.

He also has other patterns that have shown a profit, like horses that were 2/1 morning line and picked to finish 7th by his program.
But of course, this is horse racing and the patterns will change.
