There have been stories around about Jill and Joe having an affair. Joe's first wife was distraught about this and tried a suicide/murder the kids by driving head on into a big truck.
The official timeline by Joe does not add up....

The "doctor" tag is for her ego, and for the media to sell. Look at the first picture in the thread, assisting with a lifesaving surgery, while not wearing a mask or scrubs..... and dressed for a social gathering.

I am sure that all of us know people (some very brilliant ones) that are "Real" doctors and unless it is in the most professional of settings won't even allow you to address them as such. IMO it is indeed a self-esteem issue in most cases.
My own older brother who I consider to be brilliant bristles at being called Doctor even though he is a Ph.D. in Electromagnetic Chemistry. My brother had a 36 composite on his ACT. He graduated in four years with his Bachelors and Masters degrees simultaneously. Additionally, he completed his schedule of what was supposed to be an eight year program enroute to his eventual dissertation in approximately three years time. At the end of all of that he was hired for his eventual position within the company where he has now worked for over 30 years and he was hired over 1500+ Doctors within a similar discipline to that position.
"Doctor, as Bernie in Let It Ride said "Some Doctor".
