I'm waiting until after the Pat Day Mile to make a final decision. I want to see Top Conor run back out of the Blue Grass. He was the pace setter in the BG. Since I'm not sure about the flow of that race, he might give me another clue.
My general feeling is the Risen Star was the best US race/group and Sierra Leone probably best of the group. That's the race I'm focusing on most looking for value, but I am also interested in Just A Touch depending on how Top Conor runs.
Fierceness may just be too good, but in big races like this I prefer betting on horses that have demonstrated they can handle tough trips and win. As the favorite, I'm going to have to let him beat me.
Forever Young could be anything, but I don't think he's faced a field like his yet.

The 3rd race you can just single the , Mindframe is supposed to be a super horse. No way on the planet he goes off at his 2-1 ML, more like 2-5. Sorry to crush those who are planning a big win bet on him thinking possibly even money.

Is Fiercness the next Big Brown or another Pletcher no show??
I am playing against in the derby. I am only using him underneath.
I have made the and my longshots and have wheeled them up and down on the ADW.
I love Derby day and the chaos it brings.
Too bad it only happens once a year.
