Sha Tin 5/5/24 - 2 DIRT 9 TURF RACES.

No idea the track condition but it's been raining in the area, apparently. Purton has been complaining about the turf track @ Sha Tin for months - too soft and favoring speed - and a couple of trainers complained about Happy Valley last Wednesday - another speed favoring meet. (When the season is over I'll need to take a detailed look at how much this has affected race flow compared to prior seasons. Not to say this is an excuse for my many fuckups.)

Going a different route for this one: a nonsense angle that shouldn't work but does often enough. HEADS UP: Wouldn't (typically) bet most of these.

Race 1 - La Forza

Race 3 - Hinokami Kagura (DIRT)

Race 5 - Yoda's Choice

Race 6 - Joy of Spring

Race 7 - Smiling Collector Top Peak

Race 8 - Natural Storm Unbelievable

Race 9 - Monta Frutta (DIRT)

Race 10- Gorgeous Win

Race 11- Golden Artie

Race 1 - turf track good-yielding and dirt track upgraded from wet-slow to good.

1000M Griffin race. La Forza, beaten chalk last out - though ran well- looks tough and is currently 4:5. A few others coming out of the same race. Not going to try to beat the chalk. No bet.
