Venetian Hotel
Sheldon Adleson built the Venetian hotel and made 5000 rooms. that's a pretty large joint. then they built the Palazzo Hotel right next to it and that place has over 3000 rooms. now they are putting another $1.7 billion into the property and it looks like they are going to have another 2000 rooms. by balance that makes 10,000 rooms. the average size of their rooms is 650 square feet. the astonishing thing to me is that i have just quoted the number of rooms and not the number of people staying in those rooms on any given night. in the United States there are over 16,000 towns that have a population of less than 10,000 people living in them. these 2 places employ 13,000 people and will employ more once they are done with their addition.
