I read all the stories on this, and none of them really tell you anything. Chances are no one but those close to the Albarado's will ever know what really went down.
There are always two sides to a story, and I have seen many domestic fights where the woman was totally out of control and threw the first punch...and that is not to defend what Robbie did...but until it all comes out, no one can pass judgment. Evidently he was clean and sober, so his judgment was not impaired.
I hope the kids didn't see this, but no doubt they were home and know what went down, which is really sad...it's much better to divorce than to have your kids live with situations like this.

At any rate...that Robbie did as much as the stories said he did is bad enough...better to have walked out and spend the night elsewhere...no doubt more information will come out and Robbie will have to explain it all to a judge...meantime, I say shame on them both

lol where is he gonna go? the whole point of bail is to ensure you show up for the court hearing. I don't think robby is going anywhere and he's kinda easy to pick out plus he has no record.

Not so sure all of us here want to know what we 'd find
if we dug into to the victimology or the initial triggers of the actions.

I'm actually really sad about this whole thing , I really liked Robbie.

Well, IMO, don't put the "liked" in your statement as past tense.

We don't know the whole story and probably never will.

The lightning fast of the internet is at times fabulous and at times damning. I'm 36 years old and the boom of the internet hit when I was (thankfully) out of high school. I hold steady and fast to a policy of never immediately believing everything I read online.

Update:
In exchange for the guilty plea, Albarado was given a one-year jail sentence, which he won’t have to serve as long as he undergoes a 28-week batterer intervention program and a drug and alcohol assessment as well as following any prescribed treatment

Oops, just saw that the paragraph I quoted leaves the wrong impression. Albarado pled guilty to a lesser (misdemeanor) charge, not the original charges.
Albarado, 37, pleaded guilty to attempting to interfere with a witness, a Class A misdemeanor, said Bill Patteson, spokesman for the Jefferson County Attorney’s office.
