Need A Little Shady Help Texas

As a long suffering Texan I'm forced to go outside normal channels to make a lousy $2 win bet. Currently using Betonline and they've got a decent rebate. Downside is minimum bet for any type wager is a dollar (hey if I can play a 20c Pick6 I'd like to), can't really play Pick 6 because there is a win cap, and it takes awhile to get paid. Has anyone else got a better shop?

It sucks here too in New York....when spot plays point to a Texas and New Mexico tracks....
