You simply cannot have the chief law enforcement officer of the country be someone with such a cloud of recklessness, lawbreaking and lies hanging over them. There is no doubt that China and Russia have everything that was on her servers.
Those are disqualifiers for Commander-in-Chief.
She is a joke.

First, his case was NOT adjudicated in the military courts. Second, who is more likely to be hacked: a low-level Naval reservist or the Secretary of State? I say the latter. If I'm correct, she should be held to a higher standard than the reservist.

Comey left the podium without answering questions because he had to know that some reporter would ask him what the difference is between "EXTREME CARELESSNESS" and GROSS NEGLIGENCE". Coward.

Are you sure? The Naval reservist was tried in federal court, under federal jurisdiction, not under the UCMJ. So somebody would have to explain to me how Federal laws apply differently in to civilians and military personnel.

Was this guy charged under the same statute that was guiding the Hillary investigation?

What is the federal law he broke and was it applied in the Clinton investigation?

If you're telling me that the same code was in play in both instances, then what can I say that already hasn't been said.

The fix is in.

And I was wrong. Thanks for setting the record straight with me.

Why is State Dept. having a presser if they refuse to answer any questions and are just doing a Gumby impression that mostpost could probably do more effectively?

FBI is no longer a law enforcement agency.
It is a political arm of the democrats. Jack booted thugs not worth spit.
