Xpressbet bet/1st bet
Can’t believe they put a quota on video - called customer service and told them that I have been a customer for over 10 years and bet all the time-their rep told me he could put in a request to get me additional video-I told him not to do me any favors and withdrew my money- I told him it’s a lousy way to do business and let him know how disrespectful it is to treat a long time customer- not even an advance notice- told him they are not the only game in town-I use several other Adw’s and his company has seen the last of me- just letting those that have an account with them to be aware of their polcy

What was the stated basis for the quota?

I didn’t ask- I personally bet over $300 in a week/ if that’s not enough for them that’s too bad- told him I’m not a freeloader and bet every week

Good for you, Garbage7, for standing your ground. To Hell with them.

It's amazing how dysfunctional the industry is these days. I mean, what does it matter what a ADW account holder does with his, or her, account. These folks should be happy that someone is interested enough to "watch" the races. Amazing.
I don't think the industry is in a position right now to drive people away from the sport.
But what the flip do I know.

If you bet $300 per week then there shouldn't be a restriction according to the person I spoke with. She said to call Customer Service and ask for Ashley and they'll straighten it out. Let me know what happens

They have had a quota for over a decade though until recently, it didn't seem to be strictly enforced.

How did they notify you, email or when you were betting?
I haven't heard anything yet.

they usually have 2 video feed buttons, if you have them both going all day with little / no bets they shut 1 off and/or say you must bet on this race to view.
also after awhile they could temporarily take one of the video buttons away

Yea, it may be helpful of them to post their quota formula/rule somewhere.
I can't see how that knowledge would be 'exploited'. (heck, why not show your replay status or allow you to 'purchase' replays very cheaply for those tiny rewards/rebates they give and allow purchase of most products)
I may be misremembering, but it seemed to be unclear, and then having to make some token $2 bets to view replays, even after I've bet a card or two.
Not a big deal unless it quotas you during a betting pattern that doesn't match, and you get caught without replays. I've gravitated to the TimeformUS pps as an easy replay 'hub', and the couple of tracks not accessible have their own websites

Xpressbet has always been very responsive to any issue I've had during the 20+ years I've used their services. I got limited at one time {the start of a year} and just used tracks websites for viewing. A month later the restriction was lifted.
I haven't made a bet with TVG in eons, yet I can still log in and view TVG1 and TVG2. There are always outs.

Bone-headed.
Reminds me of when TVG used to charge a quarter or whatever every bet! What a riot.
